Your experience at Frameworks in Knoxville.
So, what can you expect when you visit Frameworks Custom Frames? First, you will be greeted with experienced framers and designers that take great pride not only in their work, but they love what they do.
Every customer that comes through the door is an opportunity for us to see something new, create a beautiful frame idea, and give you want you expect and deserve, an uplifting shopping experience.
We love the design process, so we will be happy to show you as many combinations as you would like to see. We strongly believe the frame should enhance your piece. Your frame should not overpower, take away, or appear as an afterthought. We help you select matting and frame combination taht will blend harmoniously with the artwork, and become an extension of the art.
We have more than 1,500 picture frame samples and a seemingly endless array of mats, so it can be overwhelming at first, but we’ll ask you a few questions to find the best place to start choosing a design.
We may ask you where you are going to hang the piece, and if you have any ideas about how you want to frame it… We’ll start with an initial design and go from there, trying different frame and mat combinations, until that moment comes when you say “That’s IT!”
It’s not enough for your piece to be just ok, we want you to love it. You are going to be looking at this frame for years to come. We want you so be excited every time you see it.
Custom-made frames are very different from the factory-made, mass-produced readymade frames found at discount and art supply stores. Your frame will be made just for you and to your exact specifications with materials that are superior to those found in the big box stores.
We will store your artwork with great care, order the materials and when everything comes in, get to work putting it all together. Our materials are geared toward conservation, so we use only acid-free mats and UV blocking glass to keep your piece looking great for years to come. Your finished piece will be wrapped in plastic to keep it safe during the ride home, and ready for hanging.
